Me

I am a senior at Pitt studying Biology+Philosophy. I currently work in Dr. Min Xu’s lab at CMU SCS.

I am interested in translational science – both wet and dry – and have focused a majority of my learning on transcriptomics, single-cell pipelines, and using computational techniques to analyze cellular systems and 3D image data. My wet lab projects have revolved around testing pharmacological compounds, developing cellular assays, and studying cell fate. Currently working on foundation models for trajectory and perturbation prediction, as well as microscropy ML models. Previously worked at GSK.

I also write – check out my garden

Experience

Xu Lab / ML, Microscopy

Jul 2025 - Present

Implementing ML methods in Cryo-ET imaging/segmentation.

Singh Lab / B-cell Bifurcation

Sep 2024 - Present

Built a single-cell database using shiny; got comfortable with single-cell workflows and different data types. Wet lab experiments included westerns, genotyping, DNA/RNA extraction, plasmid design+transfection.

scRNA, LIMS, iPS culturing, data analysis, flow

Contrary / Research Fellow

Feb 2024 - Sep 2024

Worked with the Contrary writing team to publish memos on impactful startups. Check out research.contrary.com

sprint writing, landscape analysis, research

GSK / MSAT and R&D

Jun 2023 - Dec 2023

Worked on a second-generation Lupus mAB, wrote a bunch of reports for an FDA campaign (which we passed!!), and learned about therapeutics from fantastic engineers.

bioprocessing, BLA campaign readiness, treatment pipelines, mAB development

TASS Alum / Volunteer and Interviewer

Aug 2020 - Present

A summer program I took part in at Cornell during my junior year of high school. I learned about the art of rhetoric and read books that changed me. tellurideassociation.org
